“I’ve been to Cobella Kensington twice now and I absolutely love my haircut- the styling is consistently excellent. However, I felt the hair washing process wasn't up to the same standard this time. The shampoo was applied to hair that was still half-dry and it didn't feel like it was washed thoroughly. I really enjoy the results here, but I’d love to see more attention to detail.”
